SNT - Sociedade Nortenha de Tintas, Lda, aims to purchase and sell products for wood finishes, with properties and characteristics adapted to the needs and expectations of our customers.

The company bets on two fundamental values ​​in its activity:
• Customer satisfaction, that is, being able to comply with the agreed requirements and always surpassing the expectations of its clients;
• Technical and Technical Advisory capacity of the commercial team, with the aim of providing our customers with the solutions most suited to their needs.
Customer Satisfaction is maintained by us ensuring compliance with the legal constraints that condition the activity.
However, Customer Satisfaction has to be achieved in a cost-effective way to ensure business continuity, so we must all keep in mind that the aspects of productivity enhancement and individual responsibilities are paramount.

The activities included in the Quality Management System are established, documented and effectively implemented following a process approach in accordance with the NP EN ISO 9001 standard.
The Quality Management System is documented in the Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions and other documents, having objectives assumed by all.

SNT is committed to the critical analysis of the Quality Management System, to prevent problems, to correct them and to implement actions that lead to continuous improvement, counting on the contribution of all.
